With Teacher Appreciation and Mother's Day coming up, it gets people thinking about who makes a difference in their lives. So, who do you appreciate most?

Elizabeth Arledge, 7th grade: "My sister because she taught me a lot about high school, boys, and drama."

Cristen Chandler, 8th grade: "My parents because they make a living for me."

Sammy Roberson, 9th grade: "My mom and Mrs. Frantz. They help me and teach me."

Neryzza Calo, 11th grade: "Mr. McDaniel, because he tells people how immature they are to their face like all the time. So, in a way, he makes people grow up."

Dora Lopez, 10th grade: "My mom because she's my mother, and she gave birth to me."
